Contactless Delivery
- Drop Off – Rider drops item on a flat surface and maintains suitable distance from the client
- Inspection – Client inspects delivered goods
- Payment – Client makes payment via preferred payment methods
- Confirmation – Rider confirms payment receipt
- Departure – Client picks up item and leaves
